Andrew Grayson is a 2026 Virgil Abloh Post-Modern Scholar, Fashion Institute of Technology student, and a three-time Pensole Lewis College alumnus, with advanced training through certificate masterclass programs in collaboration with Carhartt, New Balance, and CAPRI Holding. From 2022 to 2023, he worked as a Product Design intern and contractor at Carhartt in the outerwear department under Maura Morgan, contributing to performance-driven design through hands-on development and cross-functional collaboration. In 2023, Andrew partnered with Shayne Nelson on a freelance project with Cookies, designing a low-top skate shoe that blended brand identity with functional skate performance. Known for his ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams, Andrew pairs strong time management with a unique sense of creativity and focus, enabling him to deliver thoughtful, well-executed footwear and fashion design solutions from concept through completion.
